Healing Talk and Theta Healing can be done either online or in person, depending on what feels right for you. Healing Talk sessions usually last between 1-2 hours, while Theta Healing runs about 1.5-2 hours. Quantum Healing Hypnosis is only offered in person, in Los Angeles, and typically lasts four to six hours—it’s a deep journey that requires presence, space, and time.

This is a space where I hold the container for your emotions—without judgment, without pressure. Just come as you are. Think about anything you’ve been wanting to talk about but haven’t had the space or courage to voice. Sessions usually last between 1 to 2 hours, and you’re welcome to bring notes or nothing at all. Your presence is enough.

Choose 1 or 2 areas in your life that feel heavy or out of alignment—whether it’s relationships, confidence, money, or inner peace. We’ll uncover what’s holding the energy in place and begin the shift. Sessions last about 1.5 to 2 hours. Hydration before and after helps, as energetic release can be intense but freeing.

Write down a list of questions or themes you’d like answers on—health, relationships, purpose, past lives, spiritual blocks—nothing is off-limits. This is your time to communicate with your Higher Self, so bring 10 to 15 meaningful questions. The session takes 4 to 6 hours, so come well-rested, eat lightly, and avoid caffeine. Afterward, don’t plan anything major—this journey is deep.
